🌲🌳🌿🍃 🐝🌻 🦋🌷 🐳🐋🐬🐟 For World Environment day we looked at a variety of ways in which we can care for our planet. Hattie drew and coloured her very own poster. She looked at a section in this book called 'SAVING THE EARTH'. In this section of the book we looked at why our planet is in peril. We looked at Pollution, Forests being destroyed and trees cut down and how this affects the animals who live there. We learned about 'GOING GREEN'~Keeping the earth happy and healthy and doing something about it. We also looked at Ocean life and how to help keep our ocean life safe and healthy. We also looked at Recycling and learned how recycling is good for the planet. I aslo found an oline recycling game that Hattie played where she sorted different objects into the correct recycling bin. We then discussed the different uses of each recycling bin such as food can be made into compost which help plants and the soil. Paper, metals, clothes just to name
